Regional Equations Change In Iran's Favor : MP

Bandar Abbas, Hormuzgan prov, Sept 22, IRNA - A top Iranian lawmaker announced here Saturday that Iran's current political and military strength has changed several regional equations in favor of the Islamic Republic. The strength of Iran's armed forces not only has established international stability but also made the country more powerful, said member of National Security and Foreign Policy Commission of Majlis, Mohammad Ashouri. Referring to the 1980-88 Iraq-Iran war, he praised valuable achievements of the armed forces in the course of the eight-year imposed war against Iran. Condemning the enemies' conspiracies against the Iranian nation, the MP reiterated that no country has the courage to attack the Islamic Iran and can resist against the Iranian nation./end
