Regional forum on mining sector to run

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A regional forum themed "Corporate's social responsibility in mining, a governance" will take place May 6. It will be co-organized by the Ministry of Mining, the German Agency for International Cooperation and a complex initiative on mineral resources and raw materials with a support of the Presidential office. The participants will be representatives of governments and mining companies from foreign countries who have been engaged in the mining sector lately--Vietnam, Laos, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia. The gathered will share problems facing their mining sphere, seek ways of solving them, discuss possibilities of boosting the open and socially responsible mining.
