Resistance Festival Names Nominees

Tehran, Sept 25, IRNA - Nominees of the 13th International Resistance Film Festival were announced on Wednesday. Ebrahim Hatamikia’s ‘Che’ and Narges Abyar’s ‘Track 143’ rocked the festival categories each being nominated for Best Film, Best Screenplay, Best Direction and Best Special Effects. The International Resistance Film Festival presents screen creations focusing on the theme of ‘Sacred Defense’, which refers to the courage of Iranian soldiers during the 1980-88 Iran-Iraq war. The Islamic Revolution and Sacred Defense Cinematic Community has organized this year’s festival with special focus on “Resistance, Wisdom and Prosperity”.
