Rohani Welcomes Expansion Of Iran's Ties With Guinea-Bissau-Ivory Coast

Tehran, July 15, IRNA – President-elect Hassan Rohani sent two separate messages to the Presidents of Guinea-Bissau and Ivory Coast, Sunday, voicing Iran's readiness to expand ties with those countries. Responding to the congratulatory messages sent to him, Rohani in the message to Guinea-Bissau President, Nhamadjo Serifo, expressed satisfaction with the promotion of friendly relations between both countries. Rohani hoped to witness further broadening of relations and cooperation in various political, economic and cultural sectors between both sides. In another message to his Ivory Coast counterpart Alassane Ouattara, Rohani urged expansion of friendly ties and cooperation between the two countries. Rohani expressed the hope that ties and cooperation between the two countries would be further bolstered in all fields./end
