Rouhani extends greetings to Chinese counterpart

TEHRAN, Feb. 13 (MNA) – President Hassan Rouhani of Iran congratulated President Xi Jinping of the People’s Republic of China on the occasion of the Chinese New Year. In a congratulatory message to his Chinese counterpart, President Hassan Rouhani of the Islamic Republic of Iran offered greetings to President Xi Jinping of the People's Republic of China on the occasion of the Chinese New Year. Reminding the latest visit of Jinping to Tehran, Rouhani described the trip as an opener for a new age of bilateral relations which he hopes to be of fulfillment of comprehensive and strategic cooperation between the two countries. Closing the message, Rouhani wishes his Chinese counterpart and the nation of China a year of happiness, health and success.
