Russian, American FMs Discuss Iran, Syria On Phone

Moscow, Nov 18, IRNA – Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his US counterpart John Kerry discussed Iran’s nuclear program and the Syrian crisis on the phone. Lavrov and Kerry reviewed the latest round of talks between Iran and the Group 5+1 (the five permanent UN Security Council members plus Germany) on the phone. They discussed the latest developments concerning West’s nuclear standoff with Iran in their Sunday conversation. The two top diplomats also discussed the latest situation in Syria. Moscow and Washington cooperate with each other on finding a solution to the Syrian crisis./end
