Russian, Azerbaijani foreign ministers discuss bilateral, international issues - ministry

MOSCOW, February 1. /TASS/. Russian and Azerbaijani foreign ministers, Sergei Lavrov and Elmar Mamedyarov, have had a telephone conversation to discuss most topical aspects of bilateral relations, as well as international and regional agenda, an official at the Russian Foreign Ministry said on Thursday.
