"Saenuri Party" Has No Qualifications to Talk about Measures for Putting Situation under Control

Pyongyang, November 12 (KCNA) -- Thrown into a pretty fix by a hideous political scandal of traitor Park Geun Hye, the gentries of the "Saenuri Party" of south Korea are busy seeking a way out. They are raking their brains to seek a U turn in the phase, raising a hue and cry over "thorough investigation into the case and severe punishment", "formation of a neutral cabinet", etc. They are asserting investigation of Park and her "withdrawal from the party", claiming they have nothing to do with this case and never knew Choe Sun Sil. This is nothing but a brazen-faced and crafty artifice to evade the responsibility for this serious situation and weather the worst crisis by calming down the angry public. It is another ridiculous political caricature for the "Saenuri Party" to talk about measures for putting the present chaos under control from the position of a judge, not the accused, as it is chiefly to blame for orchestrating the unprecedented political scandal. It is none other than the "Saenuri Party" which was involved as an accomplice in the political scandal because Choe Sun Sil, no more than a witch, had controlled Park like a puppet, thus mocking the south Korean political circles. It was the "Saenuri Party" that insisted on protecting Choe's daughter calling her "promising player" during inspection of the administration with regard to her in April, 2014 after Park took office. It also glossed over the case of Jong Yun Hoe, ex-husband of Choe, in which he intervened in state affairs, stunning the south Korean society. When there were suspicions about Choe's involvement in Mir Foundation and K Sports Foundation, the upper crust of the party including its representative took the lead in shielding Park's scandal. Ri Jong Hyon, representative of the "Saenuri Party", attempted to paint the public criticism of the suspected scandals as a partisan strife between the ruling party and opposition parties even through fasting. Lawmakers from the ruling party prevented Choe Sun Sil and Cha Un Thaek who are chiefly to blame for the case from appearing at the inspection of administration as witnesses. This group of conspirers is playing a poor trick to pull the wool over the public, far from reflecting on their crimes. This is only touching off extreme disillusion and repugnancy. The civic and social bodies of all strata are denouncing the "Saenuri Party's" proposal for forming "a neutral cabinet" as a plot and intrigue to stay in power and seek a way out and demanding the party kneel down and make an apology before the masses and disband itself at once. The "Saenuri Party" would be well advised to properly reflect on its crimes, though belatedly, as it has followed a witch policy in south Korea, shocking the world. -0-
