Salehi Appointed As AEO's New Chief

Tehran, Aug 18, IRNA – Iran's former Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi has been appointed as the country's new head of Atomic Energy Organization. President Hassan Rohani, in a decree on Saturday, appointed Salehi as vice-president and head of Atomic Energy Organization. Salehi, 64, is a nuclear physics scientist. He had already been head of AEO and this is his second tenure in the post./end
