Salehi Discuses Next Round Of Talks With IAEA Chief Amano

Vienna, Sept 17, IRNA – Vice President and Head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization (IAEO) Ali Akbar Salehi discussed the next round of talks with the International Atomic Energy Organization (IAEA) with its Director General Yukiya Amano on Monday. The meeting took place on the sidelines of the 57th General Conference of the UN nuclear watchdog. He described his meeting with Amano as constructive. He further hoped the remaining issues between Iran and the IAEA be solved during the coming round of negotiations. Iran’s 11th round of talks with the IAEA will be held in Vienna on September 27. Earlier, in an interview with reporters on the sidelines of the 57th annual session of the IAEA members Salehi said that Iran was ready to enhance and strengthen engagement with the IAEA. He expressed optimism about settlement of nuclear dispute and said Iran believed in a win-win game in nuclear negotiations with the western governments./end
