Salehi: Iran Ready To Ease West's Worry In N-case Win-win Way

Tehran, Sept 7, IRNA – Iran is after exit way out of nuclear case, although Tehran believes it is an artificial crisis, and is ready for easing Wests worries in framework of a series of international pacts and treaties, Iran nuclear chief said Friday. Iran seeks an exit way out of the nuclear issue, although we believe the nuclear file is artificial, but we are ready to ease the Wests worries taking advantage of a combination of international laws and treaties, said the new Head of Iran Nuclear Energy Organization, Ali-Akbar Salehi in an interview with IRNA. The Iranian nuclear technology expert who is heading the country's nuclear organization for the second time made the comments on the threshold of a new round of Iran's talks with the IAEA, which will be followed by a new round of Iran-5+1G talks. Salehi said in his first interview after accepting this new responsibility for the 2nd time meanwhile emphasized, Our expectation from the other side is their recognition of Iran's rights as they are defined in the nuclear NPT and in accordance with the agency's letter of association. He reiterated, that the Nuclear Energy Organization (INEO) said that his affiliated organization is in charge of representing Iran at the September 27th talks with the nuclear agency. The vice president also said, Iran's 20% enriched uranium reserves are not for political usage, as they are merely for production of fuel rods. Salehi also reiterated, The Bushehr generators problems have been resolved and the Russian contractor will fully deliver it to Iran within the next couple of months. He said that the Bushehr Nuclear Power Plant is a safe reactor, adding, We are in no rush for the Russian sides delivery of it to us because it is of high importance for us to make sure about its full safety and security./end
