Salehi in Warsaw seeking nuclear deals

TEHRAN, Nov. 09 (MNA) – Head of AEOI has arrived in Warsaw on Monday, Polish capital to discuss possible nuclear cooperation with East European country. Mr. Ali Akbar Salehi heads a nuclear entourage to Poland on an official invitation by deputy-prime minister, who is also minister of culture in the cabinet. Mr. Piotr Tadeusz Gliński and Salehi shared the view that trade and cultural relations should be improved between Iran and Poland. Mr. Gliński believed a long diplomatic history with Iran would be an asset ‘now to bolster the view both countries have of themselves in both capitals.’ “Iran is an influential country in the most volatile region as a ballast of stability; the JCPOA, as indication of the country’s wise diplomatic endeavor, cemented the country’s position even further,” he told Salehi. Mr. Salehi also was received by speakers of the Sejm of the Republic of Poland and House of Representatives separately on Wednesday, addressing inter-Parliamentary relations. The meetings also addressed possible peaceful nuclear cooperation. They agreed that an Iranian delegation of AEOI should visit Polish nuclear research and development centers to examine country’s capabilities to continue to Iran’s nuclear industry.
