S.BAYARTSOGT MP SUBMITS DRAFT AMENDMENTS TO PARLIAMENT

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Head of the Cabinet Secretariat for Government S.Bayartsogt MP Thursday submitted to the Speaker of parliament Z.Enkhbold draft amendments to the laws on special fund of government and on lands. The draft initiator said the draft amendment to the law on special fund of government aims to improve convertibility of the governmental money capital and to create an opportunity to augment capital of the fund for budget stability by using short-term financial instruments. It is time to upgrade the law on lands due to requirements of decentralization of urban areas, creation of satellite cities, forming a healthy and safe environment for people and reducing air pollution. The amendment aims to make legal conditions for taking these measures, Bayartsogt said.
