Senior MP: Iranˈs Nuclear Program Unchanged

Tehran, Aug 1, IRNA – Head of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission in reaction to baseless claims of a US State Department official said that Iranˈs nuclear program has not changed. He added that claim on agreement on heavy water of Arak and Fordo is trick of the Zionists to deviate world public opinion from war crimes in Gaza. According to the report of Majlis website, Aladdin Boroujerdi rejected Wendy Sherman remarks and said that everybody knows that the US Congress is under influence of the Zionists and in this special time, when crimes of the Zionist regime has created hatred of all world public opinion, they are trying to make news on cases like comprehensive nuclear talks to deviate public opinion from human disaster in Gaza. He continued that proposing delusory claims are a known tactic in propagandistic policies of the Zionist regime and the USA. The senior MP underlined that Iranˈs nuclear stances has not changed, and added, ˈActivity of Arak heavy-water power plant and Fordo, as a logical and natural process in Iranˈs nuclear cycle will continue in future and any kind of claim from western sides would be only a trick for creating dispute and taking advantage. Already a senior member of Iranˈs nuclear negotiating team had denied any agreement on Arak heavy-water and Fordo with the US, and said, ˈThere is no agreement on negotiating issues, including these two sites and differences still exist.ˈ Seyed Abbas Araqchi had underlined that the sole criterion for Iran is countryˈs needs and in the talks decision will be made upon this./end
