S.Leader Receives Iranian Teachers, Academics

Tehran, May 8, IRNA – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Ali Khamenei received a large number of Iranian teachers and officials in charge of educational affairs Wednesday morning. The meeting took place on the occasion of the national Teachersˈ Week. The week starts on May 2 to commemorate martyrdom anniversary of Morteza Motahhari. Motahari was a prominent teacher and scholar and a well-known cleric, politician and lecturer who was assassinated by terrorist groups on May 2, 1979./end
