SOME THREE THOUSAND DISASTERS ACCIDENTS OCCURED

Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia /MONTSAME/ In the first 10 months of 2011, 2,956 disasters and accidents occurred. As a result, 189 people died, 165.5 thous.livestock and domestic animals had been lost. In the first 10 months of 2011, there were 2,509 object fires, 20 accidents related to artisanal mining and rock falls, 39 cases of domestic animal madness disease, and 84 river and lake accidents.
