Songun Politics Ensures Victory in Cause of Global Independence

Pyongyang, August 28 (KCNA) -- Leader Kim Jong Il's Songun (military-first) idea and politics have won worldwide admiration. He began his Songun revolutionary leadership 56 years ago. Since then, he had spoiled the imperialists' moves against the DPRK and socialism by dint of the Songun idea and politics to defend the country and the revolution and thus displayed the honor and dignity of socialist Korea. That's why the world progressives regard the Songun idea and politics as an almighty treasured sword for overpowering the imperialist forces as well as a synonym for justice and truth. So, groups for the study of the Songun idea and politics were organized in many countries and their number is steadily increasing.
