STATE LEADERS TO GREET ELDERS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj and leaders of his Office will take a part in some measures during the Lunar New Year of the "Blue Horse". On the eve of the New Year on Thursday, a state prize granting ceremony will run in the Ceremonial Hall of the State House at 11.40 am. After this, the state titles will be granted to horse-race trainers at 12.40 pm. The national wrestling among 256 wrestlers will start at 2.00 pm in presence of the State Head and other dignitaries. On January 31, or on the first day of New Year, the President and others will pay a tribute to the Nine Banners and then will greet elders in the “A” hall of the State House. The same day, a head of the Presidential Office P.Tsagaan and authorities of the Parliamentary Office and the Cabinet Secretariat for Government will visit the Gandantegchilen Monastery.
