Statue Of Iranian Kidnapped Diplomats Mounted In Lebanon Border Point

Beirut, July 8, IRNA – On the occasion of 30th anniversary of kidnapping four Iranian diplomats in Lebanon, statues of Ahmad Motavasselian and his colleagues were mounted in zero border point of Lebanon with the Zionist regime. A car with diplomatic tag carrying four Iranian diplomats traveling from port city of Tripoli to Beirut was stopped in Barbare region by gunmen called “ Lebanese forces” on July 4, 1982 and they were kidnapped. Since then, there is no information about fate of Ahmad Motevasselian, Seyed Mohsen Mousavi, Taqi Rastegar-Moqqadam and Kazem Akhavan./end
