Supreme Leader: Movements Started By Islamic Revolution Will Continue

Tehran, May 19, IRNA – Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei said the movement started by the Islamic revolution in Iran will continue. The Supreme Leader made the remark here Friday in a meeting with a group of the veterans of the eight-year imposed war. Describing the sacred defense events as a subtle and beautiful portrait, Ayatollah Khamenei said thousands of books with highest athletics standards were needed to record and portray the details of sacrifices of Iran’s combatants. The leader further termed the performance of Iranian combatants during the imposed war as highly successful, invaluable, grand and bewildering. Ayatollah Khamenei stressed that the path of the Islamic revolution will continue by young people who will take the flag up if any of combatants falls down./end
