Supreme Leader pardons, commutes sentences of 72 military cadets

TEHRAN,May 24(MNA) - Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei pardoned and commuted the sentences of 72 military cadets, the Judiciary announced on Thursday. Judiciary Chief Ayatollah Sadeq Amoli Larijani had previously made a proposal to grant clemency to 72 inmates of military cadets on the occasion of Eid al Mab’ath and anniversary of the liberation of Khorramshahr.
