"Besides the agenda of the meetings, the overwhelming majority of opposition members have agreed to send a message to UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon on the need to hold a new conference in Geneva, the Geneva-3," he told a press conference. "I believe this is a common opinion that such a request will be in the interests of all the sides," he said. Jamil added that the opposition after the Moscow meeting will consider measures for its voice to be heard in all the circles interested in the political process. The second round of intra-Syrian consultations opened in the Russian capital Moscow on Monday and lasted until April 9. Read more
