Syrian Opposition Groups Condemn Iran Embassy Bombing In Beirut

Damascus, Nov 27, IRNA – Representatives of six Syrian opposition groups inside Syria went to the Iranian embassy in Damascus and condemned and condoled over the terrorist attack carried out against Iranian embassy in Lebanon. During the meeting, secretary-general of Syria’s People Party Sheikh Navaf Abdelaziz Tarad al-Molhem condoled with the Iranian nation and government on the occasion of martyrdom of Iranian Cultural Attache to Lebanon Ebrahim Ansari. Iran’s deputy ambassador to Damascus Mohammad Sadeqi thanked the Syrian opposition groups for their presence at the Iranian embassy premises. “Today, Syria and the axis of resistance are standing against the greediness of all bullying powers,” Sadeqi said./end
