Syrian premier arrives in Tehran

Tehran, Dec 16, IRNA – Syrian Prime Minister Wael Nader al-Halqi arrived in Tehran on Monday evening and was welcomed by Minister of Roads and Urban Development Abbas Akhondi. Upon his arrival, he said that he was pleased with his visit to Iran. He said that he is closely monitoring nuclear talks between Iran and G5+1 and expressed optimism about the outcome. Meanwhile, the Syrian ministers of industry, oil, electricity and health are accompanying the Syrian premier. /end
