Joint negotiations between high-ranking Iranian and Thai delegations kicked off immediately after the ceremony and Rouhani is slated to attend a luncheon hosted by Prayut Chan-o-cha of Thailand. President Rouhani, in the last leg of his Southeast Asian tour, will participate at the second Asia Cooperation Dialogue (ACD).
