Tbilisi State University ex-rector heads Georgian presidential candidate’s electoral headquarters

Georgia, Tbilisi, Sep. 10 / Trend N. Kirtzkhalia / Former health minister and rector of Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University, Alexander Kvitashvili, will lead the electoral headquarters of David Bakradze, the candidate from the Georgian president's party United National Movement. Bakradze introduced the head of his electoral headquarters at the party's central office on Tuesday. According to him, Kvitashvili has proved himself a skilful manager in various positions. Kvitashvili considers Bakradze an experienced politician who is focused on bringing people together. "I am confident that Bakradze will win the presidential election and we will do everything towards this end," he said. The presidential election will be held in Georgia on October 27.
