BANGKOK, December 12 (TNA) - Thai Industry Minister Wannarat Channukul says that the Cabinet has initially approved a state budget of 47 billion baht for the rehabilitation of flooded factories, both inside and outside industrial sites in flood-hit Thai provinces.
