Top official: Karabakh issue main obstacle to whole region's growth

Baku, Azerbaijan, Oct. 18 Trend: The Armenia-Azerbaijan Nagorno-Karabakh conflict is the main obstacle for the development of not only Azerbaijan, but also the whole region, Novruz Mammadov, deputy head of Azerbaijani presidential administration, chief of the administration's foreign relations department, said in his article posted in the “Azerbaijan” newspaper. Mammadov noted that the solution of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and restoration of territorial integrity is the biggest challenge that Azerbaijan is facing today.
