Tunisian FM: Iran, True Friend Of Tunisia

Beirut, Feb 13, IRNA - Tunisian Foreign Minster Rafik Abdul Salam called Iran a true friend of Tunisia. “Although Iran and Tunisia holds some common and different points of views, Iran is not an enemy of Tunisia and is in fact a friend of Tunisia,' he said on Sunday. He told Lebanese paper As-Safir on Tunisia’s ties with Israel, he said he had discussed the issue with German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle but they could not reach a consensus on the alleged enmity of Iran with Tunisia./end
