Turkey, Azerbaijan sign “Action Plan” for 2012-2013 in the field of civil service

Baku, Sept 13 (AzerTAc). Bahram Khalilov, the chairman of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, who visited Turkey, in the frame of his visit met here with Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoglu, the new head of State Personnel Presidency of Turkish Republic. Bahram Khalilov and Mehmet Ali Kumbuzoglu have signed the “Action Plan for 2012-2013s between the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan and State Personnel Presidency of Turkish Republic” drafted in the framework of “Cooperation Protocol in the field of development and support to civil service administration between Turkish Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan”. In the frame of visit, the chairman of the Civil Service Commission under the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan also has met with Mr. Halil Etyemez, Deputy Minister for Labor and Social Security of Turkey, to discuss the works done in the field of civil service in both countries. The “Action Plan” covers mutual study visits, conduct of trainings and seminars, information exchange and other issues according to the mutual interests in the field of the civil service.
