Turkey to host European women's volleyball qualification games for 2012 London Olympics

ISTANBUL (A.A) - 30.04.2011 - Turkey will host the European women's volleyball qualification games for the 2012 London Olympics.
In a statement released, the Turkish Volleyball Federation (TVF) said that eight European teams will compete in Istanbul in qualification games and that the team that finishes first will gain the right to participate in the 2012 London Olympic Games.
The qualification games in Istanbul will take place between May 1 and 6, 2012.
Only 12 volleyball teams can compete at the Olympics.
