TURKISH EMBASSY RECEIVES BEST STUDENTS

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ Ulaanbaatar-based Embassy of the Republic of Turkey organized Tuesday public diplomacy event with a participation of the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia N.Oyundari and best students from Selenge and Khovsgol aimags. The Ambassador Murat Karagoz gave lecture about the Turkish geopolitics, geographic features, many-pillar policies, security, tourism and also about historic relations with Mongolia, and answered some questions. N.Oyundari gave information about relations and cooperation between Mongolia and Turkey. The students thanked the Ambassador and the Embassy for receiving them and for contributing to their knowledge, and watched a "Secret of Istanbul" documentary about tourism. Last March, the Ambassador visited Selenge aimag, in last winter he gave to reindeer-herders 20 animals through the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) during his visit to Khovsgol aimag.
