Turkish, French historians to convene in panel discussion

ISTANBUL (A.A) - February 16, 2012 - Turkish and French historians will gather together in a panel discussion in Istanbul at the end of February, Turkey's History Foundation said on Thursday. French Institute for Anatolian Studies (IFEA) and History Foundation will co-host the panel discussion titled "the agenda of historians in France and Turkey", the first of a series of panel discussions, in Istanbul on February 28. The panel discussion aims to enhance dialogue between Turkish and French historians. Professional historians and history teachers as well as university students are expected to attend the panel discussion.
