Turkmen FM Welcomes Zarif's Appointment As Iran's FM

Tehran, Aug 26, IRNA – Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov on Sunday congratulated his Iranian counterpart Mohammad-Javad Zarif on his appointment as foreign minister of Iran. Sending a message, Meredov said, I am confident that with appointment of Mohammad-Javad Zarif as Iran's foreign minister relations among the friendly and brotherly countries will further expand based on mutual respect. He said, I sincerely congratulate His Excellency as Foreign Minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran, being happy that historical relations between the two countries which are based friendship and fraternity, are at high level in all spheres.
