TurkPA observers hail organization of referendum in Azerbaijan

Baku, September 26, AZERTAC “A referendum on making amendments to Azerbaijan’s Constitution is excellently organized,” said head of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-Speaking Countries (TurkPA) International Observes Mission, Kazakh MP Nurlan Dulatbekov. Dulatbekov said the TurkPA mission has already visited three polling stations, and in the afternoon the mission plans to continue monitoring the referendum in Baku.
