Two documents adopted after talks on Urkaine in Minsk - Putin

MINSK, February 12. /TASS/. Two documents have been adopted after today’s talks on Ukraine in Minsk, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday. "The document has just been signed by the Minsk Contact Group. It is called ‘the package of measures aimed at implementing the Minsk agreements’, something like this," Putin said. The second document does not need to be signed. It is a statement by the French President Francois Hollande, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko, German Chancellor Angela Merkel and the Russian president that they support this process, Putin said. --0 -sap The first document is titled "The package of measures on implementing the Minsk agreements." It contains 13 points, the first of them reads: "immediate and universal ceasefire in separate regions of the Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine and its strict implementation, starting from 12am Kiev time, February 15, 2015."
