UAE hosts roundtable on 'Every Woman Every Child Everywhere' Initiative

ISTANBUL, 26th May, 2016 (WAM) -- The UAE delegation participating in the World Humanitarian Summit, held in Istanbul, Turkey, has hosted a roundtable for international partners and heads of humanitarian organisations concerned with women and children's issues. During the roundtable, which was chaired by Dr. Maytha bint Salem Al Shamsi, Minister of State and Head of the UAE delegation to the World Summit, the UAE's outstanding efforts in this area were reviewed in the light of the vision of its wise leadership represented by President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, and His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces. Also during the roundtable, a video presentation was shown on the achievements and efforts made by H.H.
