UK Bodies Urge U.S. and S. Korea to Stop War Drills

Pyongyang, September 29 (KCNA) -- The U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet authorities should stop anti-DPRK war moves if they truly want peace. The British Association for the Study of Songun Policy, the British Group for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Korean Friendship Association UK and the British Preparatory Committee for the 2017 Meeting Praising Great Persons of Mt. Paektu said this in a joint statement on September 23. The statement said the situation on the Korean Peninsula is getting ever more serious as the days go by owing to the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet group, the statement said, and went on: Recently the U.S. imperialists let two B-1B strategic nuclear bombers make shuttle flights in the air over the area of south Korea along the Military Demarcation Line to threaten people's Korea. Furthermore, the south Korean puppet authorities vociferate about "direct attack" on the supreme leadership of the DPRK and "regime change of the north" through "elimination of the supreme leadership." We fully support the stand of the Korean people and the Korean People's Army to wipe out the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet warmongers. It is the brave and steadfast anti-imperialist revolutionary stand to destroy the citadel of the U.S. imperialists and south Korean puppet reactionaries. -0-
