U.S. Arms Buildup Denounced by German Organization

Pyongyang, June 22 (KCNA) -- The Anti-Imperialist Forum of Germany issued a statement on June 18 in denunciation of the U.S. arms buildup against the DPRK. The statement extended full support to a statement issued by a spokesman for the DPRK Foreign Ministry as regards the U.S. continuous and open arms buildup aimed at military hegemony on the Korean peninsula and in the region. It said: While crying out for other countries' disarmament and denuclearization, the U.S. has gone impudent to increase and modernize not only conventional weapons but also nuclear force with the use of astronomical amounts of fund. This reminds one of a thief crying "Stop the thief!" Unless the U.S. rolls back its hostile policy toward the independent countries such as the DPRK, peace will never settle in the world. The U.S. and its stooges have to be thrown into the dumping ground of history. Only then, genuine peace and stability can be ensured in the world. -0-
