US Sabotage Cancels Iranian Delegation Trip To LatAm: MP

Tehran, March 2, IRNA - Chairman of Majlis National Security and Foreign Policy Commission Alaeddin Boroujerdi said here on Sunday that the planned visit of the Iranian parliamentary delegation to Latin America was cancelled due to US sabotage. Boroujerdi stressed that the delegation was scheduled to travel to Venezuela and Cuba today; but, the US did not allow the plane of the Russian Airlines, Aeroflot, carrying the Iranian MPs, to pass through the US skies. The date for the trip is not fixed yet, but Majlis is seeking an appropriate way for the delegationˈs visit to the two countries, he said./end
