VICE DM MEETS MR DONALD RUMSFELD

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The Vice Minister of Defense A.Battor Wednesday received Mr Donald Rumsfeld, a former US Secretary of Defense and leader of the Rumsfeld Foundation. At the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the upcoming “KAMKA-2015” forum which is co-organized by the US Rumsfeld Foundation, the Mongolia’s Business Development Union and the “Zorig” foundation. It is expected that this forum will attract some 100 delegates of Mongolia, the USA, Armenia, Afghanistan, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The forum’s participants will discuss political and economic issues, and will study the democratic experience of Mongolia. In addition, they will consider issues of the external trade, seeking a chance for augmenting the Mongolia’s export, increasing foreign investments, regional security and foreign policy.
