Vice President: Iran never intervenes in any int'l conflicts

Bushehr, Jan 14, IRNA - Vice-President Mohammad Shariatmadari said on Tuesday that the Islamic Republic of Iran under no circumstances intervenes in any international conflicts. Iran's foreign policy is based on establishment of amicable relations with all nations on mutual respect and interests and Iran is firm about non-intervention in any international conflict, he said. The Iranian nuclear negotiators have adopted a vigilant and rational approach to resolve the nuclear dispute with the western governments and regards the dignity of Iranian nation as a major principle, he said. Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyed Ali Khamenei for many times has put seal of approval on performance of the Iranian nuclear negotiators as well as the policy of the government to this end, he said. The Iranian government is opposed to any concession which might harm the country's dignity and future of the country, he said. The Iranian government spares no effort to safeguard the dignity of the noble nation, he said.
