VISIT OF FRENCH PARLIAMENTARIAN CONTINUING

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ A delegation headed by Mr Jerome Chartier, a member of the National Assembly (NA) of France (lower house of parliament) and chairman of the France-Mongolia friendship group at the NA, is paying the official visit to Mongolia these days. Mr Chartier has been invited by Mr N.Battsereg MP, a chairman of the “Justice” coalition’s faction at parliament and head of the Mongolia-France inter-parliamentary group. The delegation got acquainted with constructions of international airport in Khoshig Valley in Tov aimag, with intensified farm in Bayanchandmani soum and the "Khotol" cement-lime factory. Mr Chartier has been serving as the chairman of the France-Mongolia friendship group at the NA, which comprises 19 members. Since being appointed as such, Mr Chartier has visited Mongolia four times. The friendship group intends to establish the “Mongolian Friends” association aimed at implementing society-targeted projects, he said.
