VP Chairs Laws Committee’s Session

Kabul (BNA) Chaired by Second Vice President Sarwar Danesh, laws committee’s session was held yesterday. In the session, draft regulation on archiving of foreign policy’s documents, draft regulation on linear – extending projects and modification draft clause (3) article (22) public expenditure and financial affairs authority law were approved. Draft regulation for archiving of foreign policy’s documents was delivered to the session by ministry of foreign affairs. The draft has been prepared in (6) chapters and (21) articles for preservation of foreign policy’s documents as historical values of the country, collection, registration and keeping documents and providing access facility of the documents to people and researchers. Deputy Minister of foreign affairs stressed that law enforced could not respond current problems in this regard, while necessary standards have been considered in modality of protection, registration and archiving the documents in the new draft regulation. Members of the committee after overall discussions in this regard approved the draft regulation.
