We have neither a thought nor a decision on privatization of boron in Turkey, says Energy Minister Yildiz

KUTAHYA (A.A) - August 1, 2011 - Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resources Taner Yildiz said Monday that boron was a strategic mineral of Turkey.
Speaking to reporters in Emet town of western province of Kutahya, Minister Yildiz said that the towns of Emet and Hisarcik were the regions in the world with largest reserves of boron mineral.
Turkey is a crucial country for boron mineral. Boron is a mineral owned by the Turkish government. It is a strategic mineral. We have neither a thought nor a decision on the privatization of boron in Turkey, Yildiz said.
