West Concerned Over Islamic Revolution : MP

Orumiyeh, W. Azarbaijan, Feb 9, IRNA - Assyrian member of Majlis Yonathan Betkolia said Sunday that Iranˈs Islamic Revolution has made western countries concerned. Thatˈs why the West has been hatching numerous plots against the Islamic Revolution in the past three decades, Betkolia said while talking to IRNA. Carrying out terrorist operations and genocide are clear examples of such anti-Islam conspiracies masterminded by the enemies, said the parliamentarian. He further described the Islamic Revolution as a masterpiece which proved that dictators and hegemonic powers could not remain in power for ever. The MP at the end called for high turnout of the Iranian people in the Bahman 22nd (February 11) rallies to commemorate the victory anniversary of the 1979 Islamic Revolution in the country./end
