West Worried About Muslim Nations Progress: Speaker

Tehran, March 11, IRNA - Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Tuesday that the West is worried about Muslim nations progress. Larijani made the remarks in the International Conference on the Role of Muslim World in Global Power Geometry. “The Western pressures are aiming to impede the progress of Iran’s nuclear program, because the western governments are worried about Muslim nations’ scientific progress.” He underlined that Western accusations about the peaceful nature of Iran’s nuclear program are baseless. “The World political system has undegone a major change and a new world order has emerged based on new powers of the Muslim nations.” The Speaker noted that Muslims should be vigilant towards the enemyˈs divisive plots. “Muslim nations have awakened and are moving forward to democracy and the resistance to bullying powers. All nations must decide their own fate and the future of the region must be determined by the collective resolve of regional nations.”/end
