WORKING VISIT OF PRESIDENT TO JAPAN COMMENCES

Ulaanbaatar /MONTSAME/ The President of Mongolia Ts.Elbegdorj arrived on May 20 in Tokyo, Japan on a working visit. The Prime Minister of Japan Mr Shinzo Abe welcomed the leader of Mongolia, and the Honor guards were lined up and and the state hymns of the two countries were sounded. At the welcoming ceremony were Minister of Foreign Affairs L.Purevsuren, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Mongolia to Japan S.Khurelbaatar, Minister of Mongolia and head of cabinet secretariat S.Bayartsogt MP, together with the Deputy head of cabinet secretariat K.Kato, Vice Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry Norihiko Ishiguro, Vice Minister of Finance for International Affairs Tatsuo Yamasaki. Mr Elbegdorj and the PM Abe held official talks before calling a joint press conference.
