Young members of International Association of Prosecutors in Azerbaijan attend 14th regional conference in Zagreb

Baku, April 1 (AzerTAc). Young members of the International Association of Prosecutors (IAP) in Azerbaijan have attended the 14th regional conference on “Modern instruments in judicial cooperation in EU Member States - reality and myths” in Zagreb, Croatia. The event brought together employees of the prosecutors offices from Great Britain, Netherlands, Russia, Austria, Finland, Sweden, Switzerland, Hungary, Slovenia and other countries. Azerbaijan was represented by prosecutors Sahib Ismayilov and Heydar Mammadov. President of the Austrian Prosecutors Association Gerhard Yarosh, Croatian Prosecutor General of Mladen Bajic and Minister of Justice Orsat Miljenic addressed the event. The event focused on prospects for judicial cooperation, establishing efficient, effective, expedient and accessible mutual legal assistance.
