Zarif’s plans in Brussels and Luxembourg

TEHRAN, Sept.2 (MNA) – Iran FM met with Ashton and Herman Van Rompuy today in Brussels; Belgium and Luxemburg are his next destinations. Zarif met with Herman Van Rompuy, president of the European Council, this morning in Brussels. He also had a meeting with Catherine Ashton at 11 am local time and attended her luncheon afterwards. Zarif will meet with the President of the Belgian Parliament in the afternoon. Chair of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament and the President of the European Parliament will also meet with Zarif in Belgium. Iran FM will attend bilateral talks and dinner with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Belgium tonight. In second leg of his European tour, Zarif will leave Belgium for Luxembourg tomorrow to meet with Minister of Foreign Affairs, Head of the parliament and the prime minister of Luxembourg.
